Cameroon: Kiro’o Games launches its project financing training platform

If you do not know Kiro’o Games, then it’s time! Also known as Kiro’o Studios, Kiro’o Games, is a private video, animation, development and publishing company, created in 2003 by Madiba Olivier and based in Yaoundé.

In two years (2013-2015), the Cameroonian video game studio Kiro’o Games, raised 130 million CFA francs (198,000 euros) throughout the world to finance its activities.

On June 6, 2017, Olivier Madiba, founder of Kiro’o Games, launched Kiro’o Rebuntu, a training platform seeking funding for African project promoters. Supported by Express Union, a specialist in mobile payment, the Kiro’o Rebuntu initiative aims to train Francophone African entrepreneurs in its fundraising method.

Their goal is to train 10,000 entrepreneurs in French-speaking Africa. Olivier Madiba beleives that if one hundred of them succeed Kiro’o Games, they will have contributed to more than 10 billion CFA francs to their economy.
