Victor Agbégnénou creator of the “connected cartable”

Victor Kossikouma Agbégnénou, a Franco-Togolese scientist, has developed a unique project, the “connected satchel”, based on the PWCS telecommunication system, which transmits data wirelessly and broadband.

This “connected binder” is adapted to the needs of Africa thanks to a solar refill. Thanks to a reduced need for fiber optics, the cost of this transmission remains very moderate. The Internet thus becomes accessible to everyone, at high speed and at low prices.

In schools, students have connected tablets that allow them to interact faster with the teacher. These tablets also allow to exchange in real time with other schools all over the world. Two schools in Dakar, Senegal, already use this technology. In Auger-Saint-Vincent (France), the mayor chose to test the system, which has already enabled the city to lower its Internet bill. Victor Kossikouma Agbégnénou now dreams of an international network for his invention.
